Have you accidently ordered the wrong product or was the wrong product delivered instead?
We regret this very much and would like to solve this with you as soon as possible. Below you can find all the relevant instructions on how to return your product(s).
- To send in a new RMA, you can use this website. Only with a valid login, we can process your return. If you do not have a valid login please request a login by clicking here.
- We can accept new RMA’s only up to 60 days after ordering.
- If you would like to return material linked to different orders you need to fill in a separate request per order in the system.
- Please do not mix materials of different orders in one shipment.
- We would appreciate it greatly if you could handle the product and packaging with great care during delivery and the return.
